General information
Where is the festival located?
Bulgasal Metal Fest is an outdoor festival, and we will always strive to keep it that way.
The festival will take place at:
Lögarängsvägen 1, Västerås, Preem parking lot.
In the unlikely event that it doesn't work out as in 2024, we will always have a Plan B, which we will announce in good time.
We will do our best to avoid having to cancel any concert.
To ensure that the festival remains outdoors, please buy your tickets early and don't wait until the last week. Ideally, we recommend purchasing your tickets before June.
Age limit
Bulgsal metalfestival has an age limit of 13 years with an adult at the festival area, outherwise 18 years.
Rules of conduct
What is Bulgasal Metalfest?
Bulgasal metalfest is a two day open air metalfestival with 20 ands on two stages.
Our main genres are, Death, Black, Doom and Thrash Metal.
Travel & accomidation
You can travel to Västerås by car, train, buss or airplane. If you need accomidation then check out "book hotel"

DO NOT BRING THESE ITEMS INTO BULGASAL METAL FEST Please read this carefully before arriving – it’s all about safety and creating a great experience for everyone.
Cans or glass containers
Umbrellas
Flags or banners
Selfie sticks
Firecrackers, fireworks or pyrotechnics
Spray cans or color sprays
Professional photography or video equipment (unless accredited)
Animals – no exceptions (High sound pressure levels can harm animals, even service dogs.)
Chairs, stools, or seat pads with metal frames
Bicycles, kick bikes, skateboards, inline skates
Laser pointers
Weapons, knives or other potential weapons
Narcotics or illegal substances
Clothing/signs with racist or political message
Face coverings or masks that conceal your identity (Allowed only for sun protection or medical reasons)
Exception: Guitars brought for signing are allowed – at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage in the crowd.
Any of the above items may be confiscated, and you may be removed from the festival area.
